- The role involves building and scaling the business by closing net-new business in partnership with the sales team

- At least 4 years of experience in a full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, preferably in the logistics industry
- Enthusiastic about cold-calling prospects, leading discovery calls, and managing accounts to create exceptional client experiences
- Strong work ethic, fast learning ability, and a burning desire to grow into a top 5% sales executive
- Experience in the freight forwarding industry is essential for success in this role
- Ability to consult with clients to understand their supply chain needs and create value-add solutions
