What You'll Do

• Visit clients in their homes, listen, and guide them in choosing the perfect flooring
• Provide expert advice on materials, styles, and installation
• Manage proposals, follow-ups, and ensure 5-star customer experiences
• Build lasting relationships and grow referral networks
• Use technology (tablets, laptops, proprietary software) to stay organized and efficient

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years in in-home or outside sales (flooring experience required)
• Strong flooring knowledge and understanding of trends and installation
• Detail-oriented, process-driven, and excellent follow-through
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and tech-savvy
• Valid driver's license
