Required Qualifications

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 2+ years in customer service or sales

Technical Skills

• Effective prioritization, organization, and multitasking
• Ability to resolve customer issues independently and in teams
• Adaptability to work seated for long periods
