Required Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience: 6+ months of customer service or phone sales experience to enhance customer satisfaction and retention

• Adaptability and problem-solving in dynamic environments
• Knowledge of cable communications products: TV, internet, and telephone
