This role requires the ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future. Sells products and services to customers in assigned non-bulk multi-dwelling units (MDU) areas/properties with 20+ doors through door-to-door solicitation, lobby events, and by building strong relationships with property managers. Major Duties and Responsibilities include actively supporting efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience, meeting established objectives relative to sales goals, soliciting residential customers, generating incremental revenue from existing customers, responding to customer problems and complaints, maintaining knowledge of competitors, attending sales meetings, and accurately completing paperwork. Required qualifications include knowledge of cold call sales skills, ability to travel, familiarity with computer systems, and a valid driver's license. Required education is a high school diploma or equivalent. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of communications technologies and services, experience with cable or telecommunications services, and success in a previous sales position. Working conditions involve spending 80% of time in an outside environment, lifting digital boxes, and exposure to moderate noise levels. Must be able to work evenings and weekends. Variable hours may include weekends, holidays, and split days off.
