Sales Support Representative (SSR) For Commercial Operations
The Sales Support Representative (SSR) for Commercial Operations is responsible for reviewing customer RFQs, preparing accurate quotations, and processing purchase orders. This role serves as a key link between customers, sales, and order management to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant order execution.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sales Support Representative to support our Commercial Operations team. In this role, you will play a key part in reviewing customer requests, preparing accurate quotations, and ensuring purchase orders are processed correctly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Review customer Requests for Quotation (RFQs) to ensure all required information is provided
- Create and initialize quotes in the quoting system with accurate and complete data
- Communicate with customers to clarify requirements, expectations, and timelines
- Prepare standard quotations using established pricing and lead times
- Create sales opportunities in Salesforce
- Review customer purchase orders for accuracy and alignment with approved quotations
- Verify part numbers, quantities, pricing, lead times, terms, and technical specifications
- Prepare order transfer files and submit them to the order management team
- Enter and track purchase orders in internal tracking systems
Requirements:
- BS or BA Degree in a relevant field or 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple quotes and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort working with quoting tools, CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), and Microsoft Office.
Preferred:
- Previous experience in sales operations, quoting, order processing, or customer support is a plus
