✨ About The Role
- Responsible for expanding sales of Foodics Pay products to existing clients and building a strong pipeline with a high closing rate
- Maintaining relationships with customers, identifying expansion opportunities, and consulting on cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
- Engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and holding demos with potential clients
- Reporting on closed wins, closed losses, and providing feedback to enhance the sales process
- Collaborating with internal teams and aligning with customers on market trends to maintain a competitive advantage

- Experienced in sales, account management, and product knowledge with a technical background to navigate sales and deliver solutions effectively
- Proven track record in managing an entire sales cycle, pipeline, and funnel management
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring high-value outcomes
- Must have solid English & Arabic communication skills and be willing to travel for fieldwork
- Passion for technology and the restaurant industry, with a team player mindset and experience working with cross-functional teams
