Forcepoint is seeking an experienced leader who is looking to grow and develop a national sales team and responsible for accelerating Forcepoint platform adoption with both existing and net new commercial customers within North America in the West. This individual will also collaborate with peers and key functions in the US to facilitate the enablement and advocacy of key Channel and Alliances Partners. The candidate will be committed to excellence, possess a can-do attitude, and bring enthusiasm, expertise, and creativity to the daily team cadence. This candidate reports to the SVP of North America Sales.

Forcepoint is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role is $35,000.00 - $420,000.00 and represents the low and high end of compensation for this position. Actual salaries are determined by various factors including, but not limited to, location, experience, and performance.
