As the Luxury Sales Manager, you will represent and sell the luxury plumbing House of Rohl portfolio of products, building strong relationships with showroom partners, builders, architects, and the design community. You will lead territory growth efforts by developing new business opportunities and exceeding sales targets, while ensuring brand excellence across customer touchpoints.

Position location: This is a remote position ideally based out of the Chicago area, with territory coverage across Illinois and Wisconsin. The role requires overnight travel approximately 2–4 days per month. A company car, laptop, and mobile phone are provided to support your success in the field.
What you will be doing:
Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience is required.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and maintain positive relationships.
Ability to analyze market conditions and competition and develop strategic responses to opportunities.
Ability to travel and work unsupervised.
Must be flexible to work non-standard hours and maximize business opportunities as they arise.
Must possess a valid driver's license and current insurance.
Ability to utilize required tools to install displays as needed.
Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $55,000 USD - $88,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
