In your role as a customer service advisor and salesperson for Telenor Consumer, you will assist private customers with questions regarding telephony, broadband, subscriptions, cash cards, and TV packages. You will work both in customer support, savedesk, and incoming sales calls. Your main task will be to provide top-class service to customers and create a positive customer experience. The role offers great development opportunities and a salary model where you set the limits yourself.

To succeed in this role, we see that you:
Have a complete high school education. Speak fluent Swedish. Have good knowledge of English. Are a team player who thrives in a high-paced environment and enjoys customer service and upselling. Have a clean criminal record.
Meriting (but not required):
Previous experience in customer service or sales. Computer literacy and familiarity with working in various systems. Other language skills.
What happens now?
