Assistant Conference & Events Sales Manager

The Four Seasons Hotel Beijing is looking for Assistant Conference & Events Sales Manager who shares a passion for excellence and who infuse enthusiasm into everything they do. Working in Conference & Events, Assistant Conference & Events Sales Manager reports to Director of Conference & Events.

What you will do:

  • Implements all sales action plans related to the respective market (by segment and geographical locations) as outlined in the Marketing plan.
  • Actively participates in achieving the departmental goals, which contribute to the Marketing budget.
  • Maximizes up-selling opportunities whenever possible.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor above education background.
  • At least 1 year work experience in international hotel chain.
  • Excellent reading, writing & oral proficiency in the English language.
  • Mandarin speaking is a must and work authorization in China is required.

Schedule & Hours:
