The Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia is seeking a Group Sales Manager to join our commercial team. The Group Sales Manager will be responsible for driving group sales revenue for the hotel.
What you will do:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve group sales targets and revenue goals.
Identify potential group clients and proactively generate leads through networking, industry events, and other sales initiatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and other key stakeholders.
Collaborate with the Director of Sales to create compelling sales proposals and presentations for group clients.
Conduct site visits and familiarization trips to showcase the property's amenities and services.
Negotiate and finalize group contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both the client and the hotel.
Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Attend trade shows, conferences, and sales events to promote the hotel and establish professional networks.
What you bring:
Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities. This may include some evenings, weekends and holidays.
High attention to detail and customer service skills.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Sales, Hospitality or a related field is preferred.
At least 2 years of experience in Group Sales preferred.
Candidates must have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States.

Schedule & Hours:
Full time position. Hybrid Model – Once introductory period validated, candidate will have the opportunity to work with a hybrid model (on-property/remote). Candidate must remain adaptable and responsive to business needs, including availability for client visits and coverage during colleagues' travel. Remote work eligibility will be based on operational needs and demonstrated performance, as assessed by the Director of Sales.
