The Role Of Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a motivated Sales Coordinator to join our Middle East Worldwide Sales Office (MEWSO) team at the Four Seasons Corporate Office in Dubai on a 7-month fixed-term contract.

Reporting to the Regional Director of Sales, this role will provide administrative, sales, events, and customer support to four Account Directors and the Regional Director of Sales across the Dubai and Riyadh offices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative & Office Support: Maintain databases, ensure compliance with company standards, manage office supplies, correspondence, calendars, and general accounting functions.
  • Sales Support: Assist with account and lead management, generate reports and analytics, coordinate sales appointments, and support sales presentations and marketing activities.
  • Customer & Client Communication: Respond to client inquiries, assist in account management, and act as a liaison between clients, on-property teams, and corporate offices.
  • Event Coordination: Support planning and execution of WSO-hosted events, including budget management, vendor coordination, and ensuring alignment with the Four Seasons brand.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with Account Directors, the Regional Director of Sales, and other offices to maintain systems integrity, data standards, and smooth operational workflows.

Our Ideal Sales Coordinator Candidate Will Have:

At least 2 years of administrative experience in hospitality sales and/or event coordination, knowledge and experience with sales support systems and analytical tools to support reporting and sales activities, strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Publisher), and experience with SQL would be an advantage.

This role requires a collaborative team player with strong initiative, the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, have creative problem-solving skills, exceptional communication skills and strong attention to detail and quality.

This position will be based in Dubai on a 7-month fixed-term contract.
