We are looking for a passionate Group Sales Manager who strives for excellence in a fast-paced work environment. This position reports to our Director of Sales. Work Authorization is required for this position.
The Group Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in driving group business for Four Seasons Resort Maui by cultivating strategic relationships, crafting compelling proposals, and delivering exceptional service. This role involves proactively prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing group room and event bookings, while consistently contributing to revenue goals through thoughtful sales strategies, seamless collaboration, and a deep understanding of luxury guest expectations. Success in this role requires a naturally positive and forward-thinking approach to client engagement, along with the ability to represent the resort at key industry events and tradeshows. The position includes travel throughout the year — interisland, domestic, and international — to build connections and promote Four Seasons Maui as a premier destination for group experiences.
• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum two years in hotel group sales or five years in hotel operations
• Client-focused with exceptional relationship-building skills
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed

Salary Range: $101,764 - $112,476
