Internship Missions
Integrated into the Sales & Catering department of the hotel, you will interact mainly with the Sales, Events, and Communication services as part of diverse missions. Versatile and rigorous, you are recognized for your relational skills, creativity, and ability to adapt. Your missions will be divided into four areas:
- P么le Sales
- P么le Events
- P么le Communication & Marketing
- P么le Relations Publiques
P么le Sales
- Take charge of group requests (preparation of commercial proposals, follow-up and reminders to clients, elaboration of contracts) Track the progress of commercial negotiations with Sales Managers.
- Support the Group Coordinator in the follow-up of client requests and on-site accompaniment.
- Participate in the follow-up of individual clients.
- Organize Site Inspections.
- Elaborate in collaboration with Sales Managers the plan for prospecting new markets.
P么le Events
- Prepare the Daily Event Report
- Receive reservation requests from various salons and enter them into the software
- Write reservation contracts for various events
- Be a force of proposal in the creation of all types of events
- Provide support to operational teams during peak activity periods
P么le Communication & Marketing
- Create photo and video content in respect of the identity defined by the Marketing Direction and the Four Seasons group.
- Organize and coordinate photo or video shoots with the different departments of the hotel.
- Participate in the creation of e-brochures, flyers, and presentations in line with the graphic chart and visual identity of the brand and the group.
- Keep the photo library regularly updated.
P么le Relations Publiques
- Participate and prepare the organization of stays (or visits) of journalists and influencers/content creators
- Ensure the monitoring of press/influencer fallout, follow their valorization and analyze the fallout
- Compilation of the weekly press review
- Assist in the coordination of PR/pop-up events
Internship available for January 2026 for a duration of 6 months.
Profile Sought
- Student in a business school or hotel management school.
- Knowledge of luxury hospitality.
- Autonomy, rigor, precision, organization, and attention to detail.
- Analytical and writing skills.
- Excellent mastery of the Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Mastery of French and English (written and spoken).
