- The Broker Manager will be responsible for promoting ongoing sales growth and client retention through broker relationships.

- A background in sales, particularly in the insurance or PEO industry, is preferred for this role.
- The candidate should be comfortable with cold-calling and prospecting to develop new business opportunities.
- Experience in negotiating and understanding probability and risk management will be beneficial.
- The ability to work remotely while effectively managing the Georgia territory is essential.
