About the Role:

As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll be the face of That 1 Painter in the Cleveland area. You'll meet with residential and commercial prospects, provide estimates, close deals, and build long-lasting client relationships. You'll also represent the brand at local events and with key community partners. This role is all about driving revenue, exceeding customer expectations, and becoming a trusted expert in your territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home and on-site consultations for residential and commercial painting projects.
• Deliver accurate and timely estimates using our sales tools and training.
• Close sales by building trust, understanding client needs, and clearly communicating the value of our services.
• Represent That 1 Painter at home shows, networking events, and trade expos.
• Build relationships with local realtors, property managers, and business owners to generate leads and referrals.
• Consistently follow up with leads to maximize conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
• Upsell additional services to maximize value for clients.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven outside sales experience (3+ years in B2B and B2C environments preferred).
• Strong self-starter with the ability to manage your own schedule.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Experience generating your own leads through networking and partnerships.
• A polished, professional, and friendly demeanor.
• A clean driving record and the ability to travel locally on a daily basis.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service at every stage of the sales process.

Compensation & Perks:

• Base + Commission = $70,000 to $110,000
