We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our Men's Tailoring Concession at Frasers. You'll be a brand ambassador, delivering expert tailoring advice, styling support, and first-class customer service in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.

Deliver outstanding customer service, offering expert advice on suits, jackets, trousers, shirts, and formalwear

Conduct measurements and fittings, providing recommendations for the perfect fit

Drive sales performance, upselling and cross-selling to maximise revenue

Maintain high visual standards and ensure the concession always reflects brand quality

Support stock management, including replenishment, size checks, and maintaining stock integrity

Actively contribute to team targets and KPIs, including conversion, UPT, and average transaction value

Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, trends, and tailoring techniques

Uphold Frasers' and Threadology's standards, processes, and operational policies

Passion for menswear, tailoring, and premium customer service

Previous experience in retail, concessions, or high street/premium fashion – tailoring experience preferred

Strong selling and influencing skills, with a track record of achieving targets

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Confident working in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment

Highly organised, self-motivated, and a team player

Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and peak trading periods
