- The position requires accurate forecasting, landing within 3-5% of each quarterly forecast.
- Collaboration with Enablement, Development, and Marketing teams is essential to support go-to-market strategies.

- The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in district level education and/or education technology sales management.
- A proven track record of scaling successful sales teams is essential for this role.
- Strong mentoring skills are necessary to develop the knowledge and strategies of Managers and Sales Representatives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required to effectively interact with team members and clients.
- The candidate should be well-organized with efficient time management skills and a strong attention to detail.

- Proficiency with Salesforce.com is required, and intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets are preferred.
