Responsible to drive sales for acute portfolio in entire south region and create healthy relationships with the customers.
Generate and achieve sales turnover according to set objectives. Focus on existing accounts and visit other customers with an aim of acquiring new customers.
Planning and Reporting Activities:
Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
Researches sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.
Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints. Market intelligence (communicate competitive activities and customer needs to supervisor). Handle complaints according to guidelines given. Collect information from customers, peers, competitors and put it into an intelligent structure (direct or indirect).
