About the Role

As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be the first point of contact with potential customers. Your main responsibility will be to generate and qualify leads through outbound outreach, inbound lead follow-up, and strategic prospecting. This role is perfect for someone who's energetic, coachable, and eager to build a career in sales.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and research target prospects in our ideal customer profile.
Conduct high-volume outbound outreach (emails, calls, LinkedIn) to engage potential customers.
Qualify leads and schedule discovery meetings for the Account Executives.
Follow up promptly on inbound leads from marketing campaigns.
Maintain accurate records of all outreach activities in the CRM.
Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
Meet and exceed monthly KPIs for qualified opportunities and meetings booked.

Requirements

2-5 years of sales, lead generation, or customer-facing experience (SaaS or B2B preferred).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated, resilient, and driven to hit targets.
Comfortable making cold calls and sending outreach emails.
Ability to quickly learn and articulate product value propositions.
Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) is a plus.
