Responsibilities:

Achieving sales target, increasing market share with profitable growth, receivables and develop Tire segment business in Western India.
Visit potential / existing consumers to understand their requirements / resolve their queries
Conduct product trials, evaluate customer benefits delivered leading to new business development.
Ensure to achieve the annual / monthly sales and profit targets.
Manage distributor and work with them to grow the sales and collect payments.
Plan introduction of new technologies to improve market effectivity and product line management.
Participate in the department's business reviews and share necessary market inputs and updates with the management
Communicate with target customers and manage customer relationships.
Monitor competitor activity.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Science, or Business, or equivalent experience in the industry.
08+ years of experience in Tire manufacturing, sales and marketing or preferably in the chemical specialty field.
