Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred
  • Relevant sales experience previously managing different Key Accounts
  • Highly analytical with the ability to rapidly understand complex concepts and to comprehend a vast amount of data
  • 10+ years of Sales experience managing multiple key accounts, 5+ years in Sales Management experience, both in multi-national manufacturing companies
  • Experience in Sales Strategy definition and implementation
  • Extensive experience in a business-to-business environment and value selling
  • Experience with integration and transformation
  • Knowledge and understanding of the Carpet, Shoes, and Filtration market as well as the underlying technologies is preferred
