Leading and supervising the distribution sales team (incl. people leadership development, talent & succession planning) with direct responsibility for national distribution groups.
Proactive contribution in developing and executing the overall sales strategy in terms of structure, channels and target group focus by leading and coaching the distribution sales team.
Strong contribution in sales planning, forecasting and monitoring of yearly, quarterly and monthly sales and gross profit, close cooperation with controlling for TBM management, as well as close cooperation with logistics for demand planning (S&OP).
Account responsibility for national distributor incl. negotiation of central conditions (pricing, rebates, targets, etc.), incl. lead and support the distributors in terms of sales & marketing activities, and attend negotiation meetings and business reviews with the distribution sales team.
