Freudenberg Sales Manager

Leading and supervising the associated team (incl. people leadership development, talent & succession planning) with direct responsibility for distribution partners in Switzerland/ Germany as well as selected strategic customer accounts.

Leading and coordinating the sales activities in terms of turnover and defined sales & performance KPIs according to the strategy in terms of structure, channels and target group with close cooperation with end-user field team and key account management.

Deep expertise in the professional cleaning segment, B2B business models, and related business processes (sales, finance, logistics, marketing).

Strong commercial and strategic mindset, including solid understanding of financial KPIs and alignment with the Freudenberg guiding principles.

Initial people-management experience combined with excellent communication, negotiation, change-management and stakeholder-influencing skills.

Analytical, team-oriented and self-driven work style, with the ability to lead teams and operate independently; fluent in English.
