Generate and qualify leads, conduct outreach, present products, and manage customer relationships to achieve sales targets. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless handover and customer satisfaction. Provide comprehensive support to senior leaders, including calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reporting, and meeting preparations. Lead planning of corporate events and assist with special projects by compiling data, preparing presentations, and tracking progress and deliverables. Adhere to safety and company regulations, assist across departments, and perform other duties as assigned to support business operations. Provide day-to-day support to senior leaders, including managing calendars, travel arrangements, expense reports, correspondence, and meeting documentation. Plan and organize corporate events and meetings, handling logistics such as venue booking, transportation, accommodation, and ensuring alignment with company branding. Prepare presentations, meeting minutes, and reports; assist in special projects through research, data collection, and cross-departmental coordination. Ensure adherence to safety and environmental policies, support ongoing business activities, and perform additional duties as required.

Degree in Science, Engineering, or Business Administration. At least 3 years in sales, telemarketing, or business support roles. Excellent English (additional Asian language is a plus) with strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Proficient in pricing, negotiations, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office; understanding of sustainability and eco-friendly solutions. Skilled in data literacy, problem-solving, adaptability, and familiar with AI-driven sales tools and predictive analytics. Driving license required
