Job Title

Your tasks:

  • Supporting existing customers and acquiring new business partners
  • Selling automation solutions (hardware, software, services) to optimize processes
  • Reviewing and evaluating technical and commercial contract components
  • Analyzing customer requirements and creating tailored system configurations
  • Evaluating technical feasibility and close coordination with development teams
  • Participating in trade fairs and supporting national and international events
  • Collecting and analyzing market and customer feedback to develop the portfolio
  • Close cooperation with Fronius International to coordinate sales strategies
  • Contributing to the establishment of processes and structures in the national automation organization

You possess:

  • Completed technical training (e.g., mechatronics, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering) with further education as a technician or a degree in mechanical engineering
  • In-depth knowledge of welding technology (mandatory), ideally with certification as a Welding Engineer (SFI) or Welding Technician (ST)
  • Several years of experience in the robotics and automation industry, ideally in technical sales or project engineering
  • Sales and consulting experience with complex products
  • Customer-oriented and communicative personality with negotiation skills
  • Strong interest in welding and automation technologies
  • Secure handling of sales and communication techniques
  • Willingness to continuously further educate and work in a team
  • High travel readiness
  • Secure handling of MS Office products
  • Driver’s license class B
  • Very good English skills in speech and writing
