Work with clients in inside sales: inform about products via phone and email (working in Outlook), prepare commercial offers in 1C, CRM, MS Office (Word).
Prepare primary documentation and process orders: register counterpart, contract, invoice, act, waybill - working in 1C and CRM Dynamic.
Information and analytical work within competence: analytical, reference reports, other materials: 1C/Excel/Power Point/Adobe Acrobat Pro.
Maintaining paperwork and preparing necessary documents: tenders, certificates, information mailing.
Administration (phone, coordination of meetings, processing of requests, etc.).
Requirements For The Candidate:
Hybrid work schedule in Kniazhychi (at least 50% - office work).
Confident user of MS Office: Outlook, MTeam, Word, Excel, Power Point.
Basic knowledge in 1C:8.
Basic knowledge of working with documentation.
Desired experience in communication with clients and willingness to develop in this direction.
Experience or basic knowledge in any CRM.
Fluent in Ukrainian, basic English.
Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat Pro, foreign language (English or German) will be a significant advantage.
Ability to work in a team, communication skills, attentiveness.
Working Conditions:
Location - village of Kniazhychi (Brovarskyi district, Kyiv region).
Working day from 8:30 to 17:00 with possible flexible work schedule. Transportation to the workplace from Brovary.
