We’re looking for a Mid-Market Account Executive to join our growing Sales team. You’ll be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, with mid-market & enterprise organizations that are looking to transform how they engage with their customers. You’ll partner closely with our Solutions Engineering, Sales Development, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to deliver value at every step.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about helping customers find smarter, more human ways to communicate at scale.
What will you be doing?
Own the full sales cycle from qualification to close for mid-market accounts (typically 150–1,000 employees).
Manage inbound opportunities and proactively build pipeline through targeted outbound prospecting.
Conduct discovery to deeply understand customer needs and align Front’s value proposition to business goals.
Deliver tailored demos and presentations that showcase Front’s capabilities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Accurately forecast and manage pipeline using CRM tools (Salesforce, Gong).
Meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets.
What skills and experience do you need?
8+ years of SaaS sales experience, ideally in a quota-carrying Account Executive role.
Proven track record of success in a mid-market, or emerging enterprise segments.
Strong discovery, storytelling, and presentation skills.
Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
A consultative selling approach and a customer-first mindset.
Comfort working in a fast-growing environment where processes evolve quickly.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
This is a hybrid role, expected to be in our SF office on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
