- The Senior Manager of Sales Strategy & Operations will be a key member of the GTM leadership team, reporting directly to the VP of Revenue Operations. - This role involves owning the sales operational cadence and driving efficiencies in processes such as lead scoring, territory design, and compensation plans. - The candidate will manage the EMEA deal desk support, coordinating with headquarters on deal structure and exception handling. - The position requires providing insights into business performance metrics and recommending improvements to accelerate growth. - The successful candidate will lead strategic projects to ensure the effective implementation of sales strategies and operational initiatives.

âš¡ Requirements

- The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations, particularly in a B2B SaaS environment. - Strong analytical skills are essential, with a proven ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights. - Excellent communication skills are required, especially in collaborating effectively with executives and cross-functional teams. - A proactive team player who can navigate ambiguity and approach business challenges in a structured, data-driven manner will thrive in this role. - Familiarity with Salesforce and proficiency in SQL, Google Sheets, and Excel are necessary for success.
