We are looking for a dedicated Enterprise Account Executive to join our sales team and play a key role in growing our customer base.
In this role, you will report to the EVP Revenue. You will work alongside a team of Frontys that focus on our customers’ business needs. Our priority is offering an offline-like digital shopping experience. We do that by learning their business. We ask questions. We listen. We help educate.
• Demonstrate an intimate understanding of Frontnow's Solutions and their value to our customers
• Demonstrate ability to position and advise to CMO level executives with industry Point-of-View business insights; Continue to listen, build and grow executive relationships with customers
• Develop and close business to consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas, in a way that reflects Frontnow's values
• Align with Frontnow's partner ecosystem to optimize market opportunity
• Maintain accurate pipeline management with expert-level forecasting
Build effective working relationships with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Delivery, and Executive teams to ensure strategy alignment and achieve company objectives
• Minimum 7 years of experience selling enterprise SaaS solutions in the E-Commerce space
• Proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals within large organizations in Germany and the broader DACH region
• Strong hunter mentality with a history of winning new enterprise logos
• Ability to manage long sales cycles involving legal, procurement, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Proficient in value-based, consultative solution selling with a strong focus on delivering tangible business outcomes and aligning to end-customer value
• Experience applying structured sales methodologies such as MEDDICC/MEDDPICC, Sandler, or similar frameworks, with the ability to qualify opportunities precisely and drive deals with structure and intent
• Demonstrated proficiency in executing a formal sales process and accurate forecasting
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders
• Fluent in German and English
• Entrepreneurial mindset, able to work independently while building strong internal partnerships across key business units and stakeholders
• Established relationships with sales operations and cross-functional teams from previous roles
• Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances
