We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Account Executive to sell purpose-built ERP software to net-new clients in the print and packaging industry. This role is responsible for the full sales cycle—from prospecting and demoing to negotiating and closing deals. The ideal candidate has experience in SaaS sales, excels at outbound prospecting, and can communicate value to both technical and executive audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and build relationships with new customers within the print industry.
  • Drive outbound lead generation through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
  • Schedule and conduct tailored product demonstrations.
  • Manage long and complex sales cycles to close new business.
  • Achieve new customer acquisition and ARR sales targets.
  • Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system to track opportunities and pipeline.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product and Customer Success.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and activity updates.
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
  • Continuously build product knowledge and stay informed on industry trends.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Communication Skills: Able to clearly articulate value to both technical users and executive stakeholders.
  • Pipeline Management: Skilled at handling multiple opportunities and moving deals efficiently through the funnel.
  • Problem-Solving: Able to address objections and offer solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Team Collaboration: Works well with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Self-Starter: Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in SaaS sales or a related technology sales role.
  • Experience selling to net-new customers and managing the full sales cycle.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for managing pipeline and reporting.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • ERP or print industry experience is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.
