✨ About The Role
- Responsible for developing, leading, and motivating the sales team for an assigned territory to achieve market share growth, revenue goals, and margin percentage
- Conducts all sales activities within the MillerKnoll Sales process/Sales Methodology, engaging with dealers to develop annual business plans and evaluate team performance
- Manages region business activities including budget management, discounting, account planning, and relationship management with customers, dealers, and A+D firms
- Collaborates with Regional Sales Directors on market strategies, engages business partners within the region, and provides timely and accurate regional reporting
- Utilizes Salesforce (CRM) information to manage an active sales funnel, completes monthly forecasts, and works strategically with business partners within MillerKnoll North America

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field with at least 2 years of sales leadership experience in the contract/capital goods industries
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate, negotiate, and think strategically
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on listening and people management
- Results-oriented individual with high personal performance standards and a continuous learning mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, build long-term relationships, and represent the company professionally
