- The Sales Coordinator will assist the manager in various sales administration tasks, including claim validation and processing.
- Responsibilities include maintaining and reconciling Sales MDF programs and working with the sales team to reduce monthly chargebacks.
- The role involves analyzing the chargeback process to design more efficient methods for handling deductions.
- The candidate will also be involved in special projects and ad hoc requests as needed.
- The position requires coordination with representatives who may call on existing or potential customers and making forecasts on anticipated market sales.
⚡ Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, preferably in Accounting/Finance or Business Administration.
- A minimum of 2 years of applicable experience in sales administration or a related field is required.
- Strong proficiency in SAP and Excel, including skills in V Look Ups and Pivot Tables, is essential for success in this role.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are necessary to effectively interact with team members and management.
- The candidate should possess strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
