This position will be responsible for providing overall operations support to our Americas sales team as well as daily office administration. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Specialist to assist our sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks, such as inputting sales orders, updating our CRM, and other duties as needed. Provide hands-on training in a rapidly expanding organization in the electronic components supply chain space

Provide administrative and operational support to the Americas sales team
Enter requirements and sales orders into our CRM system while communicating with sales reps on needs ranging from entering part numbers/commodity codes and completing vendor qualification forms
Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
Perform tasks in preparation for customer meetings/calls including updating/reworking presentations, printing materials, and gathering needed materials for customer
Conduct lead generation, qualification and market research as needed
Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the office
Strong written and verbal communication and demonstrated ability to multi-task
1-3 years of experience in a support role and desire to facilitate sales and admin operations
Experience with Word, Excel (VLOOKUP and other formulas/terms), PowerPoint; HubSpot or other CRM experience preferred

Salary Range: $65,000-70,000/year
