Responsibilities
- As a Sales Manager, you will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment to drive the growth of the company through customer acquisition of Future Machine Labs.
- With your acquired know-how, you will work closely with your team to deliver agile and solution-oriented rollout strategies for customers, coordinate and optimize interfaces within the company, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- You will take responsibility for acquiring new locations.
- You are the first point of contact for our customers, present our product on-site, provide comprehensive advice, and ensure that their requirements are met.
- You organize and participate in trade shows and events.
- You work closely with your sales team to achieve project goals, develop sales strategies, and monitor progress.
- You analyze existing sales processes, identify weaknesses, and develop solutions to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualification
- You have a completed education or a degree, ideally in business, management, or a comparable field.
- You have already gained initial experience in a dynamic environment, either in sales, a start-up, consulting, or a comparable setting.
- You have strong communication and negotiation skills, strong team leadership competencies, analytical thinking, and a pronounced customer orientation.
- You have several years of experience in sales, knowledge of sales strategies, and sales processes.
- You have a pronounced hands-on mentality and do not hesitate to get involved yourself.
- You like to travel and are flexible with your place of work.
- You have excellent communication skills and are fluent in English and German, both verbally and in writing.
