Enterprise Sales Leader

This is the best sales job in the world. Because you're not coming in to prove a product works—you're here to scale something the market already loves.

We already have tens of thousands of happy users across thousands of companies. Customers are expanding organically. Our first two sales hires in New York and London closed $400k in their first four months—simply by engaging existing users and expanding our footprint inside those organizations.

Now we're looking for an enterprise sales leader to take this motion to the companies with 500+ employees.

We launched in May 2024, grew from $0 → $1M ARR in 6 months without paid marketing, and then scaled from $1M → $16M ARR in just eight months.

We're a Series B AI company building a generational business. Our mission: reshape one of the largest categories that exists—email.

This is a rare opportunity to join as one of the first 40 employees and build a defining career chapter at the frontlines of the AI revolution.

This isn't a traditional AE role. We're looking for someone who can embrace startup ambiguity, build relationships and guide a company to product expansion and has the drive to get things done.

  • Own & grow enterprise accounts—turning happy users into multi-year, multi-million-dollar partnerships. To do this, you'll be curious—constantly asking "why" to uncover customer needs and uncover new opportunities.
  • Work the full cycle—from initial conversation to enterprise-wide adoption. You'll bring a creative mindset, finding new ways to engage senior executives, expand relationships, and accelerate deals.
  • Be a thought partner to customers—helping global firms understand the value of AI across workflows. You'll be adaptable, navigating changing customer priorities, shifting internal resources, and a rapidly evolving product.
  • Shape our go-to-market enterprise playbook—blending sales, customer success, and account management into a seamless enterprise motion. You'll be owner-minded, taking initiative without waiting for permission and acting as if this business were your own.
  • Build for scale—paving the way for a high-performing sales team as we expand globally. Your curiosity and creativity will set the standard for how we grow.

You'll have warm access to current customers, inbound opportunities from our marketing team, and the freedom to pursue strategic accounts you know we should win.

  • Closing 6- and 7-figure deals across enterprise accounts.
  • Expanding from departmental pilots to company-wide rollouts.
  • Consistently hitting—and then resetting—ambitious revenue goals.
  • Becoming a trusted advisor to senior executives at the world's leading professional services firms.
  • A track record of success in enterprise SaaS sales ($500k+ ACV).
  • Curiosity and challenge—ask questions, seek to listen and collaborate.
  • Velocity—you move fast, learn fast, and thrive in 0-to-1 environments.
  • Customer obsession—you listen deeply, build trust, and deliver impact.
  • Ownership—you act like an owner, not an employee.

Compensation Expectations

Base $130–$175k | OTE $260–$350k | Equity
