About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales representative to join our team and promote our innovative prescription medication Nemluvio in Austria. The ideal candidate has a strong network in the dermatology community, proven experience in product launches, and excellent strategic-analytical thinking and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess customer needs and discuss appropriate products; manage a portfolio of various products and indications.
• Successfully introduce innovative, highly scientific specialty therapeutics in competitive therapeutic areas and markets.
• Persuade target physicians to prescribe our products by applying effective sales techniques.
• Provide product information and supply product samples upon request.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message.
• Monitor and analyze data and market conditions to identify competitive advantages and commercial customer opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for reporting and feedback.
• Ongoing education and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest medical data.

Requirements

• Active network of dermatologists in Austria.
• Experience in launching prescription medications, ideally biologics.
• Strategic-analytical thinking skills and scientific understanding; ideally at least a BSc degree.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a sales representative or account manager.
• Pharma representative certificate.
• Fluent German and good English proficiency.

The monthly minimum salary according to the collective agreement is €4,285.72 gross per month on a full-time basis (14 monthly salaries). We are open to overpayment based on qualification and professional experience.
