As an Account Executive, you'll partner with small-to-midsize businesses, helping them solve one of their biggest challenges: hiring the right talent. You'll sell strategic, data-driven digital marketing solutions that power recruitment success—and build long-term client relationships that grow over time.

This is a true hunter role with the opportunity to build, expand, and retain your own book of business.

What You'll Do

  • Drive new business through consistent outbound activity (30+ calls per day) and proactive prospecting
  • Secure 2–4 new business appointments per week through strategic outreach
  • Identify decision-makers, uncover pain points, and position tailored recruitment marketing solutions
  • Sell a suite of digital marketing products that can best help local companies attract and hire talent
  • Manage and grow your own book of business—closing, upselling, and re-engaging clients
  • Own the client relationship beyond the sale, including monthly reporting calls and issue resolution
  • Deliver compelling virtual presentations via Microsoft Teams

What You Bring

  • 3-5 years of B2B sales experience
  • Strong cold calling and prospecting skills
  • Experience or familiarity with digital marketing platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube preferred)
  • CRM experience (Salesforce or similar)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multi-month, multi-product sales cycles

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $59,000
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): ~$80,000
  • Top Performers: $100,000+

The base salary for this role will range between $55,000 and $59,000. Base compensation is reflective of multiple factors, including market location, education level, skills, certifications, and experience. Variable compensation is not reflected in these figures and may apply based on the role.
