Healthcare Brand Manager (Sales)
Market: Remote – within reasonable driving distance to Westchester County, NY. Considering candidates geographically located in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut.

The Brand Manager – Healthcare Vertical will be responsible for driving relationships and revenue growth within key verticals including the healthcare industry by leveraging LOCALiQ's marketing solutions. Reporting to sales leadership, this role requires a strong background in strategic digital marketing with expertise in managing executive-level relationships, and experience with complex agency processes.
This individual should be skilled in managing executive relationships, navigating agency hierarchies, and serving as a trusted advisor. You will be expected to act as a consultant, uncovering client needs, developing strategies, and delivering integrated marketing solutions that produce measurable results.
In this role you will:
- Drive sales for multimedia marketing solutions within key verticals including healthcare, home improvement, education and travel.
- Develop partnerships with enterprise organizations and assist them in achieving business goals through integrated marketing plans.
- Define brand strategies and deliver measurable growth of brand product and revenue adoption.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across product, client services, client solutions, and sales operations to strengthen strategic relationships.
- Identify and attend all related business organization meetings in the Westchester market.
- Explore and recommend additional events and organizations for partnership opportunities.
- Represent LOCALiQ at major partner galas, events, and industry gatherings as approved.
- Visit and connect with all business partners and their agencies at least once per quarter per organization.
- Serve as a subject matter expert at industry events, trade shows, and client conventions.
- Articulate the LOCALiQ | USA TODAY Network value proposition and prove ROI with data.
- Create, execute, and manage marketing campaigns supporting healthcare-specific strategies.
- Measure and report performance of campaigns, assess ROI and KPIs.
- Collaborate with sales executives and regional resources to develop integrated proposals and client presentations.
Expectations: You must have applied experience in digital and media marketing at an expert level, with advanced knowledge of paid search, SEO, social, programmatic video/display, creative digital design, and emerging media. You should also demonstrate:

Key Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years working closely within the digital marketing industry working with C-Suite level partners and their corresponding agencies.
- 5–7 years demonstrated experience handling complex agency RFPs for major metro clients.
- Experience managing a book of business of $1.5M or larger.
- Strong digital marketing acumen; Google AdWords and Analytics certifications preferred.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and minimum liability insurance as required by law.

- Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships within key verticals.
- Consistent participation in industry organizations, events, and galas.
- Ability to deliver on client objectives and exceed revenue targets.
- Demonstrated ability to expand accounts, retain clients, and provide strategic recommendations.

The annualized base salary for this role will range between $66,000 and $85,000. Base compensation is reflective of many factors, including, but not limited to, the market in which one lives/works, individual education level, skills, certifications, and experience. Note: variable compensation is not reflected in these figures and based on the role, may be applicable.
