Responsible for creating and maintaining the commercial relationship for the assigned portfolio of clients, generating demand for the catalog of information technology products and services, and developing plans and strategies for the effective closing of sales. Evaluates the competitiveness of the services offered to be able to market them more effectively. This position is also focused on the development of new market opportunities for the service. The success criteria of this position include: customer satisfaction and loyalty, continuous prospecting of new clients in the market, and the contribution of the service to GBM's revenue and profit plans and volume plans.
Responsibilities:
- Develop the strategic prospecting process through profiling and segmenting clients and prospects; to advise them efficiently and effectively.
- Coordinate marketing activities that ensure effective demand generation.
- Develop commercial strategies that allow closing business opportunities and comply with the ongoing management of Pipeline and Forecast.
- Manage the relationship with clients and prospects to ensure their satisfaction in each type of contact.
- Ensure sales closure with clients, renewals, and ensure the generation of new sales.
- Coordinate commercial management projects with partners to achieve their commercial objectives and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5 to 6 years of sales experience of which 2 must be proven experience in Cloud Solutions, Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google, hybrid cloud solutions or IT managed services.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Technical Knowledge: Financial knowledge
- Language: Speak and write in technical English (intermediate level).
- Skills: Ability to influence - Negotiation and handling objections - Ease of communication - Teamwork - Results-oriented - Customer-oriented.
- Desirable: Experience in consultative sales and strategic prospecting. Possess the following courses and/or certifications: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, AWS Foundations Business, Google Cloud- Fundamentals
