We are looking for a commercial sales support for our team in Bönen near Dortmund. GEA Farm Technologies is one of the world's leading providers of innovative solutions for modern dairy farming. Responsibilities/Tasks:
- Support sales worldwide regarding consolidated calculations, pricing, approval processes etc. for large-scale projects worldwide
- Processing and reviewing international customer contracts (including legal and tax aspects)
- Cash flow planning and ensuring payment streams (milestone payments, letters of credit, guarantees)
- Being interface between different departments and stakeholders – internal as well as external
Your profile/qualifications:
- Completed degree, e.g. in economics, business administration, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience supporting large-scale projects commercially, ideally in an international context
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience in SAP and MS Office
- Analytical thinking, assertiveness, and team spirit
- Fluent English skills; German language skills are a plus
