Job Opportunity

Responsibilities / Tasks

  • Cooperate with a team of qualified Technical Individual Contributors with mid and long-term experience in the application sector (industrial bakery)
  • Strictly support and cooperate with assigned Area Managers with mid and long-term experience in the application sector (industrial bakery)
  • Management of customer relationships concerning correspondence before, during, and after order acquisition
  • Preliminary evaluation and preparation for the Legal Department of GEA of NDAs, customer contracts, and Master Agreements
  • Support for document management in tender procedures (BID)
  • Preparation of commercial offers in collaboration with the Technical Offer and Area Manager
  • Preparation and management of internal process documentation for order acquisition (sales order, advance payment verification)
  • Management of documentation for certification of intermediaries
  • Support for travel management (to and from customers)
  • Support for managing customer visits, events, and trade fairs
  • Management of forms for intermediaries' commissions
  • CRM management for Brazil and Mexico
  • Participation in weekly sales meetings
  • Proactive participation in "inside sales" activities (pilot project), related management in the dedicated focus country, and KPI analysis
  • Availability to work both at the Colognola ai Colli (VR) office and, if necessary, at the Torrebelvicino (VI) office
  • Supports key SAP implementation users within the Commercial organization

Your Profile / Qualifications

  • University degree in foreign language, English, Spanish (Portuguese is a plus)
  • Will be considered also economics, business management diploma / degrees with a strong B2B commercial foreign language background
  • Min 5-7 years experience in similar functions, mainly within relevant B2B industrial (ideally from food/bakery)
  • Inside sales experience will be considered a plus
  • SAP platform knowledge (preferred)
  • Office Package mastering
  • Fluent in English, Spanish (Portuguese a plus)
  • Analytical & precise, delivers OTIF
  • Previous exposure to industrial goods selling processes & tools
  • Discipline in following processes and assigned standards
  • Ability to execute under time pressure
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
