Development of relationship with new clients and retention of current ones through visits/online meetings/fairs and seminars.
Preliminary technical evaluation of leads and sales opportunities and discussion with the business line (Europe) and with the Sales Support Department;
Completion of technical questionnaires (when applicable) for discussion of leads with the above departments;
Screening of quotes/projects (critical analysis of the project's chances and GEA considering technical, commercial, historical, customer budget, competitiveness, future potential, availability of internal resources, definition of the scope of supply);
Constant use of CRM for inclusion of the above information;
Commercial evaluation of received RFPs, RFQs, tenders with the business line (Europe) for technical issues;
Price formation, definition of margins and risk together with Sales Management;
Preparation of Commercial Proposals;
Definition of performance parameters for projects under negotiation with clients together with the BU Support (Headquarters) in the definition of performance parameters for projects under negotiation with clients;
Active and constant follow-up of the offers made;
Interface in legal contract discussions with the client (with support from the legal department);
Commercial negotiation and contract signing;
Internal reporting (current projects, wins and losses under your direct responsibility) using the CRM;
Participation in trade fairs and seminars;
Ensure customer satisfaction;
Ensure profitability in negotiations per project previously aligned with the Sales Manager
Your Profile / Qualifications:
Studies in Engineering (Chemical/Food/Agricultural/Mechanical) or Technologist.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the B2B area.
Advanced level English language.
Proactive.
