Sales Support & Order Processing Specialist
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support & Order Processing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will support the sales organization in delivering excellent customer service, ensuring smooth order processing, and maintaining high-quality communication with both customers and suppliers.
Responsibilities / Tasks
Sales Support
- Prepare and translate presentations, offers, and contract drafts for customers and suppliers.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to front-line sales.
Order Processing
- Ensure accuracy of order details, including pricing, lead times, and customer data.
- Coordinate with sales, service, and logistics teams to ensure seamless order flow.
Customer & Supplier Communication
- Provide timely updates on order status.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any order-related issues.
Order Tracking and Reporting
- Maintain accurate order records, track shipments, and prepare reports for management.
CRM Data Management
- Accurately input, update, and maintain customer information in the CRM system.
Your Profile / Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Law, or Engineering (Engineering or Business background preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position.
- Good understanding of sales processes and offered equipment.
- Awareness of legal aspects in contract negotiations.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Target-driven and highly organized.
- Fluent in Ukrainian and good command of English (both written and spoken).
