Sales Support Group Manager

As Sales Support Group Manager, you lead, motivate, and guide the teams responsible for technical and operational support to sales. You ensure the organization, performance, and quality of activities within your scope.

Responsibilities/Tasks

1. Operational Management of the Activity

  • Define the action plan and objectives of the team
  • Establish the workload schedule and coordinate internal/external resources
  • Define KPIs and monitor project progress
  • Organize technical and financial meetings
  • Ensure quality follow-up of deliverables and administrative management

2. Technical/Business Reference

  • Develop the technical skills of the team
  • Provide operational support and arbitrate complex situations
  • Ensure the technical dimension of projects

3. Coaching & Talent Development

  • Participate in recruitment and integration of employees
  • Identify training needs and potential for development
  • Lead annual reviews and salary reviews
  • Create a climate of trust and cohesion within the team

4. Communication & Coordination

  • Lead team meetings and ensure information flow
  • Participate in managerial reviews and manage client relations
  • Foster smooth communication between departments

5. Activity Management

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of tools, methods, and processes
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and QHSE rules
  • Promote knowledge sharing and Group values
