Patient Care Solutions Service Sales Leader
We are seeking an experienced Patient Care Solutions Service Sales Leader to drive commercial growth, develop go to market strategies, and lead sales execution across Latin America. This position requires a high-performing sales professional with strong leadership capabilities and fluency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish. The ideal candidate brings proven experience in consumables and accessories, customer engagement, and regional market development.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead the PCS Service sales strategy to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share targets.
- Build, manage, and develop sales pipelines across Latin America (or defined territory).
- Drive account planning, forecasting accuracy, and sales discipline.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, service, and finance teams to optimize commercial performance.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, channel partners, and key opinion leaders.
- Support tender management, pricing strategy, and contract negotiation.
- Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive trends.
- Provide coaching, support, and joint engagement with field sales teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical commercial practices, and regional regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 5–10+ years of proven sales experience, ideally in patient monitoring/maternal infant care/consumables, anesthesia/diagnostic imaging.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish (mandatory).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience working in multinational environments with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to travel as required across the region.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Healthcare, or a related field.
Desired Characteristics
- Experience in modality-specific sales (e.g., Patient Care Solutions, Ultrasound, Monitoring, or related technologies).
- Previous leadership or people-management experience.
- Familiarity with public health systems, private healthcare networks, and tender processes in Latin America.
- MBA or advanced business/technical degree (desired)
