PCS Sales Director
As a key commercial leader within GE Healthcare Thailand, the PCS Sales Director is responsible for driving business growth and delivering on strategic objectives across a defined geography. This role requires a strong focus on customer engagement, commercial execution, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure the successful promotion and adoption of Patient Care Solutions (PCS) offerings. You will lead with purpose, inspire your team, and foster a culture of accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement. This role operates with autonomy within well-defined commercial policies and is accountable for achieving sales targets, market share growth, and customer satisfaction. Essential Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of product specialists across the PCS portfolio within the assigned geography.
- Define and execute the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy to deliver on the Operating Plan, including orders, revenue, and margin targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hospital executives, clinical leaders, and channel partners.
- Drive commercial excellence through the use of CRM tools (e.g., SFDC), sales analytics, and pipeline management.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Modality, Service, Marketing, and other teams to ensure seamless customer experience and solution delivery.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
- Lead complex sales cycles and negotiations, including multi-modality and enterprise-level deals.
- Champion a culture of compliance, integrity, and quality in all commercial activities.
- Represent GE Healthcare at industry events, conferences, and customer engagements to elevate brand presence and thought leadership.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent knowledge/experience.
- Minimum of 8 years of consultative sales experience, including strategic selling and negotiation.
- Proven track record in healthcare sales, preferably in capital equipment or clinical solutions.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing sales teams and driving performance.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
- Ability to travel as required within the assigned geography.
- Proficiency in English and local language (as applicable).

- Experience selling to C-suite and clinical decision-makers in healthcare settings.
- Deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, procurement processes, and regulatory environment.
- Prior experience in a matrixed, multinational organization.
- Demonstrated ability to lead through change, inspire teams, and drive results.
- Familiarity with GE Healthcare's PCS portfolio and digital health solutions.
Quality & Compliance Responsibilities
- Adhere to GE Healthcare's Quality Management System, policies, and applicable regulations.
- Complete all required compliance and quality training within designated timelines.
- Proactively identify and escalate quality or compliance concerns.
- Ensure accurate order configuration and documentation aligned with customer requirements.
