The Sales Leader For Regional Services Accounts is responsible for promoting sustainable growth of GE HealthCare's service sales in the regions of Goiás, Federal District, Mato Grosso, and Tocantins. Job Summary

  • Develop and execute regional commercial strategies for contracts and service solutions, aligned with GE HealthCare's objectives.
  • Manage the full sales cycle for services, from opportunity identification to contract closure.
  • Conduct frequent client visits (minimum of 70% time on-site), strengthening relationships and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Act as a strategic partner to clients, understanding their operations, challenges, and goals to offer customized solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, delivery, marketing, clinical applications) to ensure integrated and effective proposals.
  • Monitor regional market trends, competition, and local regulations to adjust commercial strategies.
  • Prepare commercial proposals and presentations that highlight the value of GE HealthCare’s service solutions.
  • Negotiate service contracts with a focus on sustainable results and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the regional sales pipeline, perform forecasts, and regularly report performance.
  • Participate in local industry events and stakeholder meetings to expand GE HealthCare’s presence in the region.
  • Apply analytical knowledge to develop commercial strategies tailored to regional specifics.
  • Mobilize internal teams through influence, promoting collaboration to overcome challenges and meet client demands.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields. MBA is a plus.
  • Experience in service sales in the healthcare sector, preferably in medical technology or hospital equipment.
  • Track record of successful consultative sales and B2B account management.
  • Knowledge of the regional healthcare market, including regulations and specific needs of the states served.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in Portuguese. Intermediate English is desirable.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with different levels within client organizations.
  • Proactive, analytical, and results-oriented profile.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce.com) and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Availability for frequent travel and majority on-site performance (minimum of 70%).
