Sales Services Leader - INDI

Customer facing staff responsible for winning business. Jobs at this level operate with some autonomy but are covered by well-defined commercial policies or review of end results. The job allows modification of procedures and practices covering work as long as the end results meet standards of acceptability (typically annual volume, margin and compliance requirements). Responsible for medium-sized sales territories.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading sales services in the INDI region (Contracts, On-Demand Services, Updates).
  • Executing the sales strategy of GE Healthcare in the service portfolio (Contracts, On-Demand Services, Updates).
  • Leading and securing strategic and large-scale purchases from clients that involve multiple business lines (cross-P&L).
  • Developing the sales plan for a specific region.
  • Managing the fulfillment of commercial metrics.
  • Collaborating with multifunctional areas to ensure compliance with GEHC policies, while also being the advocate for our clients internally.
  • Driving operational mechanisms (OpMechs) within GEHC and with commercial partner teams.
  • Defining clear objectives by commercial partner related to:
    • Service contracts.
    • On-demand volume.
    • Updates sales.
    • Pace of service orders and revenue.
    • Client/partner requests: service level, response time to requirements, accuracy of information.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Tertiary title - accredited university degree.
  • At least 3 years of experience in service sales.
  • Fluent command of English and Spanish.
  • Requires a driver’s license.
  • Demonstrable experience in managing commercial partners.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to influence others.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.

Desired qualifications:

  • Intermediate Portuguese.
  • Knowledge of regional clients.
  • Availability to travel approximately 20% of the time within LCT INDI countries.
